NLB Lease&Go Ljubljana

Marko Jerič is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, where he obtained a Master’s degree, and holds an MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management. He has more than 15 years of management and legal experience in the banking and financial sector. He spent the majority of his career at NLB d.d., where he held senior management roles as Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Management Board. He actively participated in major strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions. In 2024, he joined Summit Leasing as a member of the Management Board and led the company through the merger with NLB Lease&Go. As of 31 December 2024, he has been President of the Management Board.

Claus Peter Müller holds a PhD in Business Economics and a degree in Law from Karl Franzens Universität Graz. He has more than 20 years of international management experience in the banking, leasing, and financial services sector, with a strong focus on transformation, IT, operations, and business development. He has held senior executive and supervisory roles at international financial institutions, including HYPO Alpe Adria Bank International, HETA Asset Resolution, and SÜDWESTBANK AG. Since 2021, he has been Director at NLB Lease&Go, where he is responsible for business development, digital transformation, and leasing expansion.

Anže Pogačnik holds an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School and a degree in Organization and Management from the University of Maribor, and has completed additional executive education at European Business School and IEDC – Bled School of Management. He has more than 15 years of experience in risk management and finance in the banking and leasing sector. He spent a significant part of his career at NLB Group. Since 2020, he has been Director at NLB Lease&Go, with responsibilities covering finance, controlling, ESG and with a strong focus on risk management and non performing assets management, while also holding several supervisory and board functions within NLB Group subsidiaries.

Janez Kokalj is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling within the banking and leasing sector. He has held senior finance leadership roles at UniCredit Bank Slovenia, Nova KBM Group, Renault Credit International Bank Slovenia, and Summit Leasing Slovenia. Since 2025, he has been serving as Director at NLB Lease&Go, with key responsibilities including comprehensive financial management and optimization of financial related processes.
