NLB d.d. analyses alternatives for optimizing the bank's capital by raising additional capital (Tier 2)

Based on the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and with the aim of providing the same information to existing and future investors as required by Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, the company NLB d.d. informs the public that it will examine the various sources of funding for the purpose of obtaining additional capital (Tier 2) in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013. NLB d.d. analyses several alternative forms of financing, including bilateral financing as well as bond issuance on domestic or foreign capital markets. As part of these activities, NLB d.d. intends to conduct market sounding with domestic and international investor base. The decision on the final form of funding source for Tier 2 instrument will be taken by NLB d.d. after all options will be analysed.
