NLB d.d., Ljubljana in discussions with MIGA for obtaining a guarantee for optimizing its capital on consolidated basis

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Article 130 of Market in Financial Instruments Act, company Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter: “NLB d.d.”) informs the public that it is in discussions with Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (hereinafter: “MIGA”; part of the World Bank Group) on entering into a contract of guarantee that will allow for a capital optimization relating to Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd.
