Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1 paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:
Družba NLB d.d., Ljubljana (v nadaljevanju tudi: družba) je dne 21. 5. 2024 objavila informacijo o načrtovani izdaji obveznic, namenjenih izpolnjevanju minimalne zahteve glede kapitala in kvalificiranih obveznosti (MREL) (v nadaljevanju: obveznice). Družba se je na podlagi naročil dobro poučenih vlagateljev izven Združenih držav Amerike odločila izdati obveznice v skupnem nominalnem znesku 500 milijonov evrov. Predvideni datum izdaje obveznic je 29. 5. 2024, v izplačilo pa bodo dospele dne 29. 5. 2030, pri čemer bo imel izdajatelj možnost predčasnega izplačila na dan 29. 5. 2029. Glavnica obveznic se bo obrestovala po obrestni meri 4,5 % letno, prodajna cena obveznic pa bo enaka 99,759 % njihove nominalne vrednosti. ISIN koda obveznic bo XS2825558328.
