New member of the Supervisory Board - workers’ representative appointed

The bank has received from the Workers Council of Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana on November 20, 2020 an information that the Workers Council has elected Janja Žabjek Dolinšek as member of the Supervisory Board of the bank - representative of workers.

Her term of office shall run from November 20, 2020 and last until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of NLB d.d. that decides on the allocation of distributable profit for the fourth financial year after her election, counting the year in which she was appointed as the first one.
