Primož Karpe re-appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d.

On Friday, 26 June, members of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. elected Chairman of this body at its first meeting after the General Meeting of the Bank, which took place in mid-June. Primož Karpe was elected Chairman for the second time in a row and Andreas Klingen remains his Deputy.

The Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. now consists of 11 members, of which 8 are representatives of shareholders and 3 are representatives of employees (the amended Articles of Association that were adopted by the General Meeting allows for 12 members). At the General Meeting in June, the shareholders confirmed a new term of office to Primož Karpe and David Eric Simon, and the Supervisory Board was newly joined by Verica Trstenjak, Doctor of Laws.

In view of the changed membership, in addition to the appointment of the Chairman and his Deputy, the Supervisory Board also appointed members to the five committees operating within its framework: Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Operations and IT Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
