Closing the Transaction, Banka Poštanska štedionica buys Komercijalna banka Banja Luka

The purchase of Komercijalna Banka Banja Luka by the Banka Poštanska štedionica Beograd was closed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange yesterday after all the necessary regulatory permits had been obtained.

This was a successful conclusion of the sale of 100% of ordinary shares of Komercijalna Banka Banja Luka to its new owner Banka Poštanska štedionica that brought the sales process based on the contract signed on October 27 this year to an end.
