New member of the Supervisory Board - workers’ representative appointed

The Workers Council of Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. has elected Tadeja Žbontar Rems as a member of the Supervisory Board of the NLB d.d. - representative of workers.

22. January 2021

Her term of office shall run from January 22, 2021 and will last until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of NLB d.d. that decides on the allocation of distributable profit for the fourth financial year after her election, counting the year in which she was appointed as the first one.
