We’ve redesigned NLB Klik – to make managing your money even easier

At NLB, we’ve upgraded our online and mobile bank NLB Klik, because we know you want to manage your finances simply, securely, and without complications. The new Klik is designed to adapt to you – your habits, expectations, and everyday pace.

With a new, more intuitive interface and improved user experience, you’ll be able to track payments, manage banking services, and confirm transactions more easily – at home, on the go, or wherever you have your phone or computer at hand.

What have we improved?

• We refreshed the look and simplified the user interface
• We made sure that payments and product information are accessible more quickly
• We introduced payment confirmations via push notifications on your phone (no more SMS codes)
• We further integrated the mobile and online versions

We’ll begin rolling out the new NLB Klik to users starting in June 2025. You’ll receive the update through your app store (Google Play, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery), and you’ll continue accessing the online version through the same link as before.

Even if you don’t actively use the mobile bank, but have the app installed to generate one-time passwords, you will now start receiving push notifications and confirming payments the same way – without needing any additional setup or changes.

The redesign of NLB Klik is the result of listening to our users, collaboration across teams, and a clear goal – to offer a digital banking experience that is simple, reliable, and tailored to modern life.
