Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana (NLB d.d.) is hereby informing the public that it has mandated BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe SA, Morgan Stanley Europe SE and Erste Group Bank AG together with NLB d.d. as Joint Lead-Managers to organise a series of fixed-income meetings ahead of a potential issuance of senior preferred notes in the amount of EUR 500 million with 4-year maturity and callable after 3 years, subject to favourable market conditions.
Raiffeisen Bank International AG will act as Senior Co-Lead Manager. The notes will be intended to count towards the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) and will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America.
