NLB Group with its newly established NLB Car&Go company successfully completes the acquisition of the online vehicle sales platform doberavto.si

NLB Car&Go, a wholly owned subsidiary of NLB Lease&Go, signed an agreement with AMZS d.o.o. in October 2024 to acquire the online vehicle sales platform doberavto.si. After securing all the necessary regulatory approvals, the transaction was successfully completed yesterday.

Leasing is becoming an increasingly important strategic activity for the NLB Group. As these services effectively address customer needs, NLB Group decided to gradually expand this business: first by entering the Slovenian market with NLB Lease&Go in the spring of 2020, followed by two new leasing companies established in 2022 in North Macedonia and Serbia. In September 2024, NLB also successfully completed the acquisition of the SLS Group, thus becoming the owner of Summit Leasing Slovenia d.o.o. and its subsidiaries. The establishment of NLB Car&Go and the acquisition of the doberavto.si platform is therefore just one of the steps in strengthening our activities in this field.
