The digital bank NLB Klik was recognized as the best mobile and online bank in Slovenia in an independent study by E-laborat, which analyzed all the banks in Slovenia. In the category of mobile banking, NLB received 71points, most of all the banks, excelling with advanced features and an excellent user experience. Similarly, in the category of online banking, NLB convincingly took first place with 72 points.
In recent years, NLB has devoted significant attention to digitalization and improving the user experience. A key step was taken in 2023 when NLB introduced the new NLB Klik – a unified digital bank for both online and mobile devices. In addition to better transparency and easier use, the redesigned Klik also brought tools for better control over personal finances. NLB is constantly planning and implementing innovations to further improve the user experience. At the same time, it places the greatest emphasis on the security of digital services, which was also recognized in the E-laborat study.
NLB was also recognized in the independent study by E-laborat as the bank with the best website among all the banks in Slovenia. The recently redesigned NLB website received the highest score of 76 points, making it clear that NLB is a leader in digital user experience among all banks in Slovenia.
