For the fifth consecutive year, NLB ranked among the best employers in the world. NLB became the first Slovene company and the only bank to receive this prestigious international certificate in 2016, and since then it has been upgrading its employee management practices year after year. The bank shares its knowledge and experience with other companies of the NLB Group – it is namely our desire and ambition that other members also receive this certificate.
