NLB recieves ECB's license to merge N Bank

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant laws, the NLB Management Board hereby announces the receipt of the authorisation of the European Central Bank for acquisition of N Banka d.d., Ljubljana by NOVA LJUBLJANSKA BANKA d.d., Ljubljana.
