NLB clients can now pay bills free of charge at 507 ATMs across Slovenia

NLB clients can now pay bills free of charge at 507 ATMs in Slovenia. NLB has 539 ATMs in Slovenia, by far the largest ATM network in the country. The recipient receives the money in accordance with the payment schedule.

By introducing free bill payments at ATMs, NLB wants to give clients the opportunity to update their payment habits and save money at the same time. Paying bills at ATM, not only saves money, but also saves travel and time as it is available at any time. The service is aimed primarily at clients who do not use digital banking channels such as online and mobile banking.   

Hedvika Usenik, Member of the Management Board of NLB, emphasized, At NLB, we are constantly striving to offer new and digitally advanced banking services to our existing and future clients. To come closer to clients who do not yet use modern banking services, we offer free of charge bills payment at our ATMs, which also enables them to make significant savings on fees. We would like clients to recognize the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of such payments and thus discover to a greater extent the wide range of possibilities offered by the largest ATM network in Slovenia.

How to pay bills at ATM?

Payment process is simple, user friendly and fast, just follow instructions on the ATM screen. Steps to make a payment are presented below:

insert your banking card (NLB BA Maestro/Debit Mastercard) or hold you banking card close to the contactless payment symbol enter your PIN select the bill (UPN) payment option on the screen insert or scan the bill at the QR reader at the ATM check and confirm the payment amount take the bill and proof of payment insert the next bill (UPN) and repeat all steps

If you need help paying your bills at ATMs, you can always ask the bankers at your nearest branch for help. In the smaller towns, regularly visited by NLB's Bank&Go mobile branch, Bank&GO staff will be happy to give you a hands-on demonstration of paying your bills at ATMs.

NLB and N banka clients can withdraw cash free of charge at entire NLB network of 539 ATMs in Slovenia, as well as at 776 ATMs of NLB Group members in six markets of South-Eastern Europe.
