Announcement of the envisaged issuance of notes

Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana (NLB d.d.) is hereby informing the public that it has mandated BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe SA, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Erste Group Bank AG together with NLB d.d. as Joint Lead-Managers to organise a series of fixed-income meetings ahead of a potential issuance of NLB d.d. subordinated notes intended for inclusion into Additional Tier 1 capital, with no scheduled maturity and call option after 5 years, in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 300 million, subject to favourable market conditions.

The notes will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America.
